Spain and the Mediterranean
Having been lucky enough to have spent a number of collective years on the Continent, particularly in Spain, I have been hugely inspired to paint by the rich cultures, the scenery and the people. In fact it is hard not to…Similar inspiration has been widely felt by a number of better known artists, among them Picasso, Dali and Hockney. Inspired in turn by their genius, I parody the simple and colourful style typical of Picasso in a number of my Spanish works.
